Week 12 (11/09 - 11/13)
Who's in Mrs. Huang's classroom this week: Morning BLUE Class ; Afternoon RED Class
What Mrs. Huang wants to say to you:
I am scheduling 2 or 3 students each week to do morning Chinese announcement. This is to help students in Northlake Elementary to learn some simple Chinese, as well as an opportunity for our students to say Chinese for entire school to hear. I will schedule all our 2nd grade DLI students to do once unless any of our students are unwilling to do so. Last week, we had Landon and Molly from Red class and we are having Myles and Ave from Blue class for this week. Please make sure your students arrive at school in time. Thank you.
We have some great pictures from our 2nd grade Halloween party which hold on Oct. 28. Please click here to see pictures: http://2ndchinesedli.weebly.com/week-10-1026---30.html
Also, see more pictures from week 11 here: http://2ndchinesedli.weebly.com/week-11-1102---1106.html
And a reminder, please help your child(ren) to watch and practice stroke order while writing Chinese homework below.

Homework Download:
To go to the handwriting practice function, please click on each character (or the character you want your kid to practice) under "Homework Download” below, and it will open a new window. Then click on the brush under the word, then you will be able to practice handwriting the character. I really love the function and hope our kids can utilize it. ^_^
