Chinese homework stroke Order, definition, and handwriting practice
Please follow the stroke order while your kid is writing Chinese homework. Click on each word for stroke order and other information about the character. To go to the handwriting practice function, please click on each character below, and it will open a new window. Then click on the brush under the word, then you will be able to practice handwriting the character. I really love this function and hope our kids can use it.

What students have done in Chinese class this week:
01/03 (Tuesday)
- Encore rotation: Library/PE/Art/Computer from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
- Unit 9 review
- Topic 9-4
- Experiment (Red class only): Two papers fall to floor at the same time but a paper ball falls to floor faster than a flat paper. Students do so first and then we have a discuss on the reason and why. Then we watch videos about non-gravity in out-of-space. (Note: Students didn't really understand when I say "air friction" (or air resistance) in Chinese. Students keep thinking and saying the paper ball is heavier than the flat paper so the paper ball falls faster. I have talked with Mrs. Hansen to reinforce the concept in English and we will come back to Chinese again after they have a reinforcement in English.)
