What Mrs. Huang wants to say to you:
YAY! Our classroom website is finally up!!! I am sure this website will help your kids a lot but you and your kids will need to USE it. I didn't make this website for just "hey, it's here!" I am making it for you all to use. ^_^
1. Since our kids will have an official YCT level 1 test very soon, I will give them mock test (practice) on either Thursday or Friday. Make sure you scroll the page down to the YCT games and have your kids play these games often (they love these games.). They will be great on the official test if they play the games and get familiar with words in the games.
2. I will occasionally upload pictures or/and videos of students in classroom, so be sure you check back and scroll the page down to see them.

What students have done in Chinese class this week:

09/01 We have completed topic of colors today and we will keep continue on "clothes" tomorrow. Even though we have done on colors but students will keep practicing colors while they are learning clothes, like "black pants", "yellow shirt"...
* Math
09/01 We've done math practice 1-4 today. Students are doing so well on math. I'm so proud of my students. :) We will continue 1-5 on Thursday. Student also played a math (addition and subtraction) competition game today.
* Interconnection (Science & Social Study)
09/01 Students read a book of "where is my dog" with me. They also learned a song called "where is my friend". Well, I changed "friend" to "little dog" to match our topic. The book "where is my dog" is asking students to find a hiding dog around the community so students would be able to see main buildings we might have in our community (such as school, library, zoo...).
