Who's in Mrs. Huang's classroom this week: Morning BLUE Class; Afternoon RED Class
What Mrs. Huang wants to say to you:
1. No school on 4/14 (Friday) and 4/17 (Monday) for Easter break.
2. Keep your students complete their homework daily in order to participant all our end-of-2nd-grade activities (swimming, field trip, field day...).
3. We will still have our YCT level 2 test on this Thursday. I will also have a reading test following by the YCT test for students.
4. From this term, students' weekly YCT test scores on report card would weight 100 points on listening and 100 points on reading. It was 10 points for each before. That is, the weekly YCT mock test scores will influence our students' Chinese literacy score very much, so please make sure your students spend time on Chinese homework and Quizizz game to practice. We do practice in class, too. :)
5. Our math topic this week is measurement. Students will need to have a sense of inch, centimeter, feet, and yard. Please help your students at home by asking them questions like "can you guess about how long/tall our dinning table/ sleeping bed/ back yard/ dad's car is?" After they quess it, you can measure it to see if they get it closely.
6. Morning Chinese announcement for this week is Xander and Payton A from Blue class.
