Week 8 (10/12 - 10/14)
Who's in Mrs. Huang's classroom this week: Morning BLUE Class ; Afternoon RED Class
What Mrs. Huang wants to say to you:
- It will be a short week! Teachers are going to UEA training on 10/15 & 10/16. No school for students on these two days!
- Thank you for those parents who came to class helping in transferring students' YCT answers to answer sheets on Friday, 10/9.
- Some parents emailed me and asked about where is the "handwriting practice" I showed you in our parent teacher conference. To go to the practice, please click on each character (or the character you want your kid to practice) under "Homework Download” below, and it will open a new window. Then click on the brush under the word, then you will be able to practice handwriting the character. I really love the function and hope our kids can utilize it. ^_^
- 4. Finally call! If your kid(s) left his/her jacket/coat from last school year, please come to my classroom and take it/them back. All of those jacket/coat will go to recycle after Wednesday (10/14).
- I moved all YCT level 1 games under “YCT vocabulary & games” (http://2ndchinesedli.weebly.com/yct-vocabulary--games.html)! Please keep having your kids play them. ^_^
- Just a reminder that I have some fun games located under “resource” (http://2ndchinesedli.weebly.com/resources.html) in our class website to help your kid learn while having fun. Enjoy!
- And finally, I have my own school email. From now, you can email me at this gmail or at [email protected]
